How does it work?

You would like to entrust a property to us for short letting?

​

  • During our initial meeting at the premises, we make sure we understand your needs and explain our advertising strategy. We always take time to answer all your questions and to go through our very detailed partnership contract

  • A professional photographer is then sent to take pictures of your property for our marketing campaign

  • According to your requirements, we advertise your property on our trusted partner websites at an agreed daily rate and for the dates proposed

  • When we start getting booking requests, we send you the guest profile, total net income and dates for your approval ; leaving you the choice to accept or refuse each booking

  • Once we have agreed on a booking, the rental fee is blocked on a business account and transferred to your bank account on the day of the check in​

  • On the check-in day, we wait for your guests at the premises, explain them the house rules and make sure that they fit with the profile we expected, avoiding any bad surprise at the end of the stay

  • If you require a brief inventory for insurance purposes, we will take pictures of the required items and have them signed by the guests at the check-in

Managing the keys, the check in and out while you are away, as well as arranging the cleaning, are all the services SLM provides on an individual basis or as a concierge service membership if you require them on a yearly basis. For more information please see SERVICES.

If you wish to use our international advertising platform, we only take a 10% commission on the generated rental income. Thanks to its ease to manage, you can have direct control over it 24/7, or leave us to answer to enquiries for you.
